About Mindful Yoga
Breath & Body - Mindful Yoga is designed to help you get moving and find some inner calm.
· Small class size (max. 6-8 people) in a quiet setting.
· Guidance by a certified yoga and mindfulness trainer.
· Opportunity to ask questions before and after the session.
· Explanations in easy-to-understand English (with conversational possibilities in Flemish and French).
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat if possible. Sessions will be guided with consideration for varying levels of mobility, as well as sensitivity to possible trauma.

About the session
Each class begins with a warm-up followed by a sequence of movements and beginner yoga poses. Using body and breath awareness we help the mind be present. We close with a moment of stillness.
Is Mindful Yoga for me?
This class might be for you if:– you want physical movement but with care for your body– you could benefit from some rest– you have always wanted to try yoga but don’t think you are flexible!
