De artist talk begint om 19:00 uur bij Cas-co. Vanaf 20:00 uur lopen we gezamenlijk naar de nabijgelegen vlaggenmast bij Brede School Stroom, waar Dagmar de vlag zal onthullen en hijsen.
De vlag en de artist talk van Dagmar Bosma worden ondersteund door de Ambassade van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden in België, de Stad Leuven en de Vlaamse Overheid.
