Reggaeton is an Afro-Caribbean urban dance style with strong Afro-Cuban influences, especially in the Cuban and reparto styles. In these high-energy classes, we dive into groove, attitude, and powerful body movement.

We work on musicality, body isolations, flow, and expression, learning how to translate these elements into your own personal style. Reparto brings playfulness and street energy, while reggaeton adds strength, rhythm, and presence. Perfect for staying active and warm during the winter season.

These classes are open to all levels and focus on freedom, confidence, and enjoyment of movement. No dance partner is required. Expect a solid workout, lots of fun, and an energy boost you’ll carry with you beyond the dance floor.

The series is recommended if you want to have a perfect combination of fun and work-out!
