Yin Yoga Basics & BreathingThe Mirror InwardDate: March 19, 20 & 21, 2027 + April 23, 24 & 25, 2027Class hours : Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 - 16:30Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, feel, and become fully present in the moment. By remaining in supported postures for longer periods of time, we create space in both the body and the mind. These postures not only affect the connective tissues, joints, and energetic pathways, but also serve as mirrors, inviting us to turn inward and observe ourselves more deeply. In this training, you will discover how Yin Yoga and breathwork can support greater clarity, inner calm, and connection with yourself. You will learn to better understand and experience the different layers of your being physical, mental, emotional, and energetic as one interconnected whole. By listening closely to what is happening within the body, you will develop greater awareness of patterns, tension, resistance, and habits that reveal themselves both on and off the yoga mat.The way we approach a posture often reflects the way we approach life. Yin Yoga offers the opportunity to observe these patterns without judgment and to gradually discover the art of letting go. You will learn to respect your body, become more aware of your boundaries, and remain present with whatever arises. This training focuses on the essence of Yin Yoga: simplicity, quality, awareness, and integration. We work through direct experience and practical application, allowing you not only to understand the teachings intellectually but also to embody them in your practice and daily life.An accessible yet profound training for anyone who wishes to deepen their understanding and experience of the foundations of Yin Yoga and breathwork. What Can You Expect?During this training, we dive into the foundations of Yin Yoga and breathwork.
